Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is also a $10 fee if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show. If you cancel or no-show 3 times or more, there will be 50% fee.
